1. NO RETURN. NO EXCHANGE. NO REFUND.
2. Strictly 5 days reservation.
3. Item/s will be shipped once the buyer has paid the full amount.
4. ALL TRANSACTIONS ARE IN CASH BASIS.
5. NO CANCELLATION OF ORDERS.
6. Shipping fees will be shouldered by the customer(depends on the size, weight and your location).
7. Tracking number will be sent to you and the corresponding courier service provider thru pm or text.
8. 100% payment is required BEFORE shipment of the items.
9. NO BOGUS BUYERS!!!

LAYAWAY PLAN

1. PAY AT LEAST 20% OF THE TOTAL AMOUNT AS INITIAL DOWNPAYMENT / RESERVATION FOR THE ITEM YOU CHOOSE.

2. FILL UP FORM AND SET PAYMENT TERMS FROM 3 TO 6 MONTHS INTEREST FREE.

3. YOU HAVE THE OPTION TO UPGRADE YOUR RESERVATION BUT CANNOT BE DOWNGRADE.

4. ONCE FULL  PAYMENT HAS BEEN POSTED WE WILL SCHEDULE DELIVERY OF YOUR UNIT…

REMINDERS

PRE-ORDER POLICY: Pre-order items are not on-hand, meaning we will still get the item/s from our supplier.

RETURNS/EXCHANGE POLICY: NO RETURN, NO EXCHANGE POLICY!!-UNLESS FOR DAMAGED ITEMS. If there will be instances that we had shipped a wrong item/s, we agree for exchange of the item PROVIDED, that you could give us a picture of that particular product. Before shipment, we make sure that the products we will be sending are all in good conditions. Therefore, we will not accept returns or exchange of that product. We will only allow exchange or returns if we know to ourselves that we fail to check the product before the shipment. -PLEASE GIVE US A PICTURE OF THAT PARTICULAR ITEM. Damaged items must be reported to us within 24 hours upon arrival of your package. Beyond 24 hours, reports regarding this will be ignored.

RESERVATION POLICY: items will be reserved 5 days only so please settle your balances within the said period. If payments have not been made, reservations will be cancelled.

ORDER CONFIRMATION: After sending your order forms, you must wait for our reply for us to check the availability of your orders. All orders verified by us must also verify by the customer just to make sure that all your orders on our record are all correct and complete. We will not process your orders if you fail to reply on our e-mail about your orders that we had verified.
